Botanical College Tour

Did you know that plants secretly have a lot of different relationships with all kinds of different organisms? You can think of plants among themselves, but also of animals and fungi. For this first installment of our Botanical College Tour series, we’re diving into the ground. Together with the audience, we enter into conversation with various fascinating guests and look at what is happening under our feet. And what is the effect of all those secret plant relationships with soil life on us humans? Guests include the makers of the beautiful film Onder het Maaiveld , Dr. masharu – founder of the Museum of Edible Earth – and ecologist Martijn Bezemer (Leiden University).
